Since 1997, TBO has
conducted service systems research in 18 states, has published 22 professional
papers in peer-reviewed journals, and contributed 4 book chapters that address
issues of service system performance. TBO regularly collaborates with
researchers from academic institutions, government agencies, and the non-profit
service sector.
